Property valuations and rental estimates are sourced from third-party providers including RentCast and OpenStreetMap. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Estimates may differ substantially from actual market prices.
The mathematical model underlying the wealth projection is a simplified discounted cash flow model. It does not account for all costs of homeownership (e.g., HOA fees, flood insurance, capital gains taxes, mortgage points, refinancing costs) or all benefits (e.g., mortgage interest deduction, capital gains exclusion). Users are encouraged to consult the Resource Hub page for a full description of the model’s assumptions and limitations.
